OZAN BUSINESS PRIVACY POLICY
The Ozan Business (“App”) you’re about to use is developed and provided by Ozan Elektronik Para A.S. (“Ozan”) which provides payment services (“Services”). As Ozan we highly value your privacy and, in that regard, we’re committed to protect and respect your data. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) sets out how we collect and process personal information about you, when you use any of our products and services, when you visit our website and/or when you do business or contact us.
Please consider reading the Policy carefully to make an informed choice and to understand how we handle your personal information.
The App collects data to enable us to operate the services effectively and to provide you the best experience with our services and outcomes. When you install the App, we are automatically able to access certain types of information from your Shopify account such as products and collections, checkout page (App will be able to Access personally identifiable information about customers, including names, email addresses, phone numbers, physical addresses, and geolocations), payment gateways, and payment sessions.
You may provide some of this data to us directly by registering to the App, responding to a survey, contacting us for support, or contact us as a potential customer, vendor, supplier. The basic personal information collected in accordance with the actions mentioned above usually are e-mail addresses, phone number, full name, location and so on. We also get some of your data by recording how you interact with our App and services. We also obtain and process data in the context of providing the Services.
Additionally, we collect the following types of personal information from you and/or your customers once you have installed the App:
Information about you and others who may access the App on behalf of your store, such as your name, address, email address, phone number, payment related information (credit card info etc.), and billing information; Information about individuals who visit your store, such as their IP address, web browser details, time zone, and information about the cookies installed on the particular device.
Regarding compulsory regulative standards we may require the various documents which may include personal information to comply with said regulations and to stay at top of the AML&CFT processes such as Signatures of the representatives, ID information of the Board etc.
We collect personal information directly from the relevant individual, through your Shopify account or using the following technologies: “Cookies” are data files that are placed on your device or computer and often include an anonymous unique identifier. For more information about cookies, and how to disable cookies, visit http://www.allaboutcookies.org. “Log files” track actions occurring on the Site, and collect data including your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps. “Web beacons,” “tags,” and “pixels” are electronic files used to record information about how you browse the Site.
We use the personal information that we collect to operate our business and to provide the services to you. This includes using the data to improve our App and services. We may also use the data to communicate with you to inform you about your account and its current situation, provide security updates, give you information about the services and for the marketing purposes to improve the relevance of our advertising.
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you enter, submit, or access your personal information. We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, and then encrypted into our database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems and are required to keep the information confidential. Additionally, Ozan is granted ith the PCI-DSS certificate which is an information security standard for organizations that handle branded credit cards from major card schemes.
We may collect your data through our website to improve your experience with the website and the services if you choose to visit us. A small caption for what cookie is that they are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computer’s hard drive through your Web browser (if you allow) that enables the sites or service providers systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information. You can choose to disable cookies, but if you do, your ability to use or access certain parts of our website may be affected.
We implement variety of measurement to ensure our processing systems remain confidential, resilient, and available. We have implemented processes to help ensure high availability, business continuity, and prompt disaster recovery. We commit to maintaining strong physical and logical access controls.
With your consent or when it’s needed/obligatory we share your personal data to provide the services to you. We may also share your data with vendors -if any-; when required by law or to respond to legal processes; to protect the customer; to maintain the security of our services; and to protect our rights or our property.
You can view, access, edit, delete, or request a copy of your personal data for many aspects of the Services via your user dashboard. You can also make choices about the data collection and use of your data. In case of marketing communications happen and you do not want to receive that kind of e-mailing and/or any kind of communication, you can always choose to opt-out by informing us about your choice.
Personal data collected by the App and Ozan may be stored and processed in Istanbul, Turkey, or other cities where Ozan and/or its affiliates, subsidiaries or service providers maintain facilities. The storage locations chosen by Ozan and where they may deem appropriate and lawful to store the data concerning data protection act, the mentioned data may travel between those locations. However, we take every measurement to ensure that the data we collect is processed according to the provisions of the Policy and the requirement of applicable law wherever the data is located. Even though the data transfer focuses on locating the data where its lawful and is applicable to the laws we’re obliged to comply, some locations may have been determined as not adequate for data protection. In that case we use variety of legal mechanisms, including contracts to help ensure your rights and protections travel with your data.
We may retain your personal information as long as you continue to use the Services, have an account with us, or for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Policy. You can ask to close your account by contacting us as described above, and we will delete your personal information on request.
We may, however, retain personal information for an additional period as is permitted or required under applicable laws, for legal, tax, or regulatory reasons, or for legitimate and lawful business purposes.
We will update this privacy statement when necessary to reflect customer feedback and changes in our Services. When we post changes to this statement, we will revise the “last updated” date at the top of the statement. If there are material changes to the statement or in how the App will use your personal data, we will notify you either by prominently posting a notice of such changes before they take effect or by sending you a notification directly. Kullanmak üzere olduğunuz Ozan Business (“Uygulama”), Ozan Elektronik Para A.Ş. (“Ozan”) tarafından ödeme hizmetleri (“Hizmetler”) sunmak üzere geliştirilmiş ve sağlanmıştır. Ozan olarak gizliliğinize büyük önem veriyoruz ve bu bağlamda verilerinizi korumayı ve saygı duymayı taahhüt ediyoruz. Bu Gizlilik Politikası ("Politika"), ürünlerimizden ve hizmetlerimizden herhangi birini kullandığınızda, web sitemizi ziyaret ettiğinizde ve/veya bizimle ticari faaliyete giriştiğinizde veya iletişime geçtiğinizde, sizinle ilgili kişisel bilgileri nasıl topladığımızı ve işlediğimizi belirlemektedir.

Uygulama, hizmetleri etkin bir şekilde yürütmemizi ve size hizmetlerimiz ve sonuçlarımızla ilgili en iyi deneyimi sunmamızı sağlamak için veri toplar. Uygulamayı yüklediğinizde, Shopify hesabınızdan ürünler ve koleksiyonlar, ödeme sayfası gibi belirli türdeki bilgilere otomatik olarak erişebiliriz (Uygulama, adlar, e-posta adresleri, telefon numaraları, fiziksel adresler ve coğrafi konumlar), ödeme ağ geçitleri ve ödeme oturumları gibi belirli bilgilere otomatik olarak erişebiliriz.
Uygulamaya kaydolarak, bir ankete yanıt vererek, destek için bizimle iletişime geçerek veya potansiyel bir müşteri, satıcı, tedarikçi olarak bizimle iletişime geçerek bu verilerin bir kısmını bize doğrudan sağlayabilirsiniz. Yukarıda belirtilen eylemlere uygun olarak toplanan temel kişisel bilgiler genellikle e-posta adresleri, telefon numarası, tam ad, konum ve sair bilgilerdir. Ayrıca, Uygulamamız ve hizmetlerimizle nasıl etkileşim kurduğunuzu kaydederek verilerinizin bir kısmını elde edebilir, Hizmetlerin sağlanması bağlamında verileri alır ve işleyebiliriz.
Ek olarak, Uygulamayı yükledikten sonra sizden ve/veya müşterilerinizden aşağıdaki türde kişisel bilgileri topluyoruz:
Adınız, adresiniz, e-posta adresiniz, telefon numaranız, ödemeyle ilgili bilgileriniz (kredi kartı bilgileri vb.) ve fatura bilgileriniz gibi siz ve mağazanız adına Uygulamaya erişebilecek diğer kişiler hakkında bilgiler; IP adresleri, web tarayıcı detayları, saat dilimi ve belirli bir cihaza yüklenen çerezler hakkında bilgiler gibi mağazanızı ziyaret eden kişiler hakkında bilgiler.
Zorunlu düzenleyici standartlarla ilgili olarak, söz konusu düzenlemelere uyulmasını ve AML&CFT süreçlerini takip edebilmek için temsilcilerin imzaları, Kurul kimlik bilgileri vb. gibi kişisel bilgileri de içerebilecek çeşitli belgeleri talep edebiliriz.
Kişisel bilgileri, Shopify hesabınız aracılığıyla veya aşağıdaki teknolojileri kullanarak doğrudan ilgili kişiden topluyoruz: "Çerezler", cihazınıza veya bilgisayarınıza yerleştirilen veri dosyalarıdır ve genellikle anonim benzersiz bir tanımlayıcı içerir. Topladığımız kişisel verileri operasyonun devamlılığını sağlamak ve size hizmet sağlamak için kullanıyoruz. Bu, Uygulamamızı ve hizmetlerimizi geliştirmek için verilerin kullanılmasını da içerir. Verileri, hesabınız ve mevcut durumu hakkında sizi bilgilendirmek, güvenlik güncellemeleri sağlamak, hizmetler hakkında size bilgi vermek ve reklamlarımızın ilinti düzeyini artırmak için pazarlama amaçlarıyla sizinle iletişim kurmak için de kullanabiliriz.
Kişisel bilgilerinizi girdiğinizde, gönderdiğinizde veya eriştiğinizde kişisel bilgilerinizin güvenliğini sağlamak için çeşitli güvenlik önlemleri uyguluyoruz. Güvenli bir sunucu kullanımı sunuyoruz. Sağlanan tüm hassas bilgiler, Güvenli Yuva Katmanı (SSL) teknolojisi ile iletilir ve daha sonra, yalnızca bu tür sistemlere özel erişim haklarına sahip olan ve bilgilerin gizli tutulması gereken kişiler tarafından erişilebilmesi için veri tabanımıza şifrelenir. Ayrıca Ozan'a, belli başlı kart programlarından, markalı kredi kartlarını işleyen kuruluşlar için bir bilgi güvenliği standardı olan PCI-DSS sertifikası verilmiştir.
Bizi ziyaret etmeyi seçerseniz, web sitesi ve hizmetlerle ilgili deneyiminizi geliştirmek için web sitemiz aracılığıyla verilerinizi toplayabiliriz. Bir sitenin veya hizmet sağlayıcısının Web tarayıcınız (izin verirseniz) aracılığıyla bilgisayarınızın sabit diskine aktardığı ve sitelerin veya hizmet sağlayıcı sistemlerinin tarayıcınızı tanımasını ve yakalamasını ve hatırlamasını sağlayan küçük dosyalar olduklarına ilişkin küçük bir açıklama. Çerezleri devre dışı bırakmayı seçebilirsiniz, ancak bunu yaparsanız, web sitemizin belirli bölümlerini kullanma veya bunlara erişme yeteneğiniz etkilenebilir.
İşleme sistemlerimizin gizli, dayanıklı ve kullanılabilir durumda kalmasını sağlamak için çeşitli ölçümler uyguluyoruz. Yüksek kullanılabilirlik, iş sürekliliği ve hızlı olağanüstü durum kurtarma sağlamaya yardımcı olmak için süreçler uyguladık. Güçlü fiziksel ve mantıksal erişim kontrollerini sürdürmeyi taahhüt ediyoruz.
Sizin rızanızla veya ihtiyaç duyulduğunda/zorunlu olduğunda size hizmetleri sağlamak için kişisel verilerinizi paylaşırız. Verilerinizi -varsa- satıcılarla da paylaşabiliriz; yasaların gerektirdiği veya yasal süreçlere yanıt vermek için; müşteriyi korumak için, hizmetlerimizin güvenliğini sağlamak ve haklarımızı veya mülkiyetimizi korumak için.
Kullanıcı gösterge tablonuz aracılığıyla Hizmetlerin birçok yönü için kişisel verilerinizi görüntüleyebilir, erişebilir, düzenleyebilir, silebilir veya bir kopyasını talep edebilirsiniz. Ayrıca, verilerinizin toplanması ve kullanılmasıyla ilgili seçimler yapabilirsiniz. Pazarlama iletişimlerinin olması ve bu tür e-posta ve/veya herhangi bir iletişim almak istememeniz durumunda, tercihinizi bize bildirerek her zaman vazgeçmeyi seçebilirsiniz.
Uygulama ve Ozan tarafından toplanan kişisel veriler, İstanbul, Türkiye veya Ozan ve/veya iştirakleri, iştirakleri veya hizmet sağlayıcılarının tesislerinin bulunduğu diğer şehirlerde saklanabilir ve işlenebilir. Ozan'ın seçtiği ve veri koruma kanunu ile ilgili verilerin saklanmasını uygun ve hukuka uygun göreceği saklama yerleri, söz konusu veriler bu yerler arasında dolaşabilir. Ancak, topladığımız verilerin, verilerin bulunduğu her yerde Politika hükümlerine ve yürürlükteki yasanın gerekliliklerine göre işlenmesini sağlamak için her türlü önlemi alıyoruz. Veri aktarımı, verilerin yasal olduğu ve uymakla yükümlü olduğumuz yasalara uygun olduğu yerlerde bulunmaya odaklansa da bazı konumlar veri koruması için yetersiz olarak belirlenmiş olabilir. Bu durumda, haklarınızın ve korumalarınızın verilerinizle birlikte hareket etmesini sağlamaya yardımcı olacak sözleşmeler de dahil olmak üzere çeşitli yasal mekanizmalar kullanırız.
Hizmetleri kullanmaya devam ettiğiniz, bizde bir hesabınız olduğu sürece veya bu Politikada belirtilen amaçları yerine getirmek için gerekli olduğu sürece kişisel bilgilerinizi saklayabiliriz. Yukarıda açıklandığı gibi bizimle iletişime geçerek hesabınızın kapatılmasını talep edebilirsiniz, talep üzerine kişisel bilgilerinizi sileceğiz.
Bununla birlikte, kişisel bilgileri yasal, vergisel veya düzenleyici nedenlerle veya meşru ve yasal ticari amaçlarla geçerli yasalar uyarınca izin verildiği veya gerekli olduğu şekilde ek bir süre boyunca saklayabiliriz.
Müşteri geri bildirimlerini ve Hizmetlerimizdeki değişiklikleri yansıtmak için gerektiğinde bu gizlilik bildirimini güncelleyeceğiz. Bu bildirimde değişiklikler yayınladığımızda, bildirimin üst kısmındaki “son güncelleme” tarihini revize edeceğiz.
